Our Story
We Started With Trim. It Shows In Everything.
Cicali Construction was founded in 2024 by Nicholas Cicali, after 10 years working as a finish carpenter across South Jersey and the Philadelphia area. The work that built the business was cabinetry and trim — the part of a renovation where a sixteenth of an inch is the difference between finished and almost finished.
That's still the standard we hold, and it's why homeowners who've been burned by a previous contractor tend to find us. We grew into full interior remodels because clients kept asking: can you just do the whole thing? Now we do — framing, drywall, kitchens, baths, built-ins and every piece of trim in between.
We're small on purpose. You'll deal with the same people from the first walkthrough to the punch list, and the crew in your house is the crew whose name is on the truck.

How We Work
Four Things We Don't Compromise On
Precision
Level, plumb, square and tight. If a reveal drifts or a miter opens, it comes apart and goes back correctly — not caulked over.
Straight Answers
If the budget doesn't match the scope, we say so at the estimate — not three weeks in with a change order. If we're not the right crew for a job, we'll tell you that too.
Schedule Discipline
We start when we say we'll start and we don't disappear to another job halfway through yours. Delays get communicated the day they happen.
Respect For The House
Floors covered, dust contained, tools off the stairs and the space broom-clean at the end of every day. You still live here.

Pennsylvania & New Jersey
Most of our work lands in South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area — close enough that we're on site early and not stuck in traffic instead of working. If you're near the edge of that radius, call anyway. We'll give you an honest answer about whether we're the right fit rather than stretching ourselves thin.
